I got scammed by wand!

i purchased escape the backrooms mods through wand using cash app, and the payment was successfully taken from my account. i also received confirmation emails showing the purchase went through. however, in the wand app, it says i never paid, and when i try the payment screen i get a payment error instead.

i have screenshots of the payment confirmation, the error message, and other proof. i need this resolved either by restoring my purchase to my account or issuing a refund. please let me know what information you need from me.
