I just downloaded the Wand setup from the website and it refuses to run. I tried deleting any files on %appdata% & %localappdata% but there were none. I tried running as admin but no luck either. Tried excluding it from firewall but since I never installed it in the first place I cant exclude it (i dont have any other antivirus). Never used Wand or Wemod before so im completely lost on what im doing wrong...
