#Mobile App is dumb.

I installed it, launched it. Connected it. Shows a selection of my games. Clicking on it only updates my own desktop to turn it on. Nothing in the app switches. You bungled up the free plan. (I'm sorry, but it's true and you know it. Two hours only? Really?) and I paid for an app that doesn't get out of the game selection screen without restarting everything including the game?

Only worked after I completely turned everything off, restarted the app itself on my phone and then clicked to play on the app itself. I really can't just use the app on a game that's already turned on? Why?

Hey @earnest fog thanks for writing in. Just to make sure we are reading you right, could you walk us through the issue a bit more simply, so we can pin down what is actually going on? A few specific things that would help us out: is the Wand Remote mobile app launching your games on your PC alright? Once a game is launched, are you able to toggle the mods from the Remote app, or is it stuck on the game page? Is the Remote app crashing on you, or is it just not syncing with the desktop Wand app? Once we have a clearer picture, we can get to the bottom of it properly.

Seems to have fixed itself.

What was happening as I was playing Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (I was a free plan user) i got a notification that my two hours of customization were up. (That's also confusing as hell tbh, can't you just say 'mods stop working'?)

so I bought the Pro plan, and installed the phone app since that was available and synced it to the Wand desktop software. But I still had the game on, so I presume the App got confused after connecting. It showed me the "My games" screen, but clicking on said games only would push my desktop software to said game as if I was clicking on them, mod pages themselves on the phone wouldn't open until I completely turned everything off, including the app for a full reset and then it sort of seems to have figured itself out. I was mid combat when this happened, so I kinda got pissed off that stuff stopped working and didn't work.
