Since when is there a 2-hour limit for free users? I thought that had been removed because I didn't have it yesterday!

I thought it had been decided that there would no longer be a limit and that free users could also use Wand, except for special expansion mods in subcategories?

Why was the change reversed so that only Pro users can use Unlimited now?
