Wand worked perfectly fine last Saturday. However, when I got back at noon this Saturday, I found I was unable to launch it. What’s even weirder is that after I downloaded the installer from the official website, it wouldn’t run either, with no error pop-ups showing up at all.
In addition, I don’t have any antivirus software enabled.
Please help me, I would be extremely grateful.

Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
AV Exception
It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand
