Unlimited Oxygen Not Working

It will change the oxygen bar and show up as full, but it will still drain and eventually and up in you drowning.

I purchased the game on steam.
Just using Wand.
Multiplayer Mode.
No error messages
The specific ones that dont work so far are unlimited oxygen and easy crafting.

Easy crafting makes you unable to craft anything at all forcing you to re launch the server

Does it not support friend hosted multiplayer?
