When reinstalling Wand kindly follow these exact steps and let me know how it goes:
Step 1: Clean Reinstall Wand
Uninstall Wand via Add or Remove Programs
Delete these folders:
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC
Reinstall Wand from: https://wand.com/download
While you're at it, try whitelisting these folders in your antivirus too:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Don’t work
Do you use VPN? Could you try switching to a different location?
Make sure your internet connection is stable when starting the app for the first time

Would you also kindly test your internet speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/
A possible solution would be resetting the modem, and restarting your computer, make sure to turn the modem off 15 seconds before turning it on again.
If none of this helps, let me know.
Could you check if Windows Firewall is blocking Wand? Go to Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Allow an app through firewall and make sure Wand is allowed on both Private and Public networks.
Make sure your PC's date and time are set to automatic sync, go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Sync now.
Also could you try connecting your PC to a mobile hotspot and launching Wand? If it connects fine, the issue is with your home network or ISP.
Full access through the firewall, the date and time are all synchronized. Literally yesterday everything worked without any additions, and today it doesn't want to.
Okay, well, in that case the easiest fix is to use a VPN. Try a free one like ProtonVPN or Windscribe, connect to any non-Russian server, then launch Wand. Let us know if that gets it connecting!

Since you already have Kaspersky, maybe you can use its built-in VPN as well, if that's available for you
