In my honest opinion, and from firsthand experience, the Support team should be separate from the Moderation team for the Discord server. While Support can easily do moderation, that shouldn't be their purpose even if it's a secondary task.
The server should instead have a small structured Moderation Team that takes care with deleting messages, punishing rowdy members, or even removing those who.. are less than friendly entirely.
Discord Moderators would be made up of Volunteers, who either applied to moderate or the staff has given them the task to moderate. From time to time, if they do well, they could be given gifts or such as a sign of "You're doing great!" Though they don't have to be given anything, as they did volunteer.
When people join a discord and see only "Support" or "WAND Team" they can often be really confused on who moderates the server.
Another reason for this feedback.. is I know hands down the support team is dreadfully tired of people joining, or posting "2 hour limit" then attacking the team over it. A dedicated moderation team would give those on the support team a much needed break from server moderation.
Here's an idea for a Moderation structure.
Moderation Structure Template:
Head Mod.
Assistant Head Mod.
Senior Mod.
Mod.
Trainee Mod.
This feedback is just my personal opinion, and doesn't have to be even decided on. Just thought of giving the support and WAND teams a break from having to deal with silly discord server people and their shenanigans.
Thanks for reading.
