Hi, I tried to launch the software as usual, but it's not launching at all. When I double-click on the software, nothing is happening. I don't really understand why, and for some reasons, even the setup.exe isn't working neither... Can you guys help me please?

Have you tried clean reinstalling the app?

Uninstall Wand via Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Delete the following folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC
Reinstall Wand by downloading it from: https://wand.com/download
