I used revo to uninstall wand and reinstalled and i still had the same issue

I starting to think it might just be the game with the re release its just kinda broken in a way

it just seems that the game is 32bit but mods are 64bit and thats why they dont work

was able to ran mods but now they dont work

it says playing but cash is not unlimited
