#Black screen on Wand startup

Hi @willow idol! Sorry you're running into that!
Could you share a screen recording of what you're seeing? Is the app closing when you reach the dashboard or is it not opening at all? Any error messages would also be really helpful so we can look into it further. 
And can I also confirm you have deleted all the residual files of the app and also wemod files, if ever?
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
i went through and checked all the files listed above as i checked the support page first but none of them were still installed. i tried a fresh install and when going to open the app it just shows up as a black window
i can screen share in a little bit to show exactly what its doing

And to confirm, can I know where you download the app's exe?
Thank you for sharing! Can you try disabling the GPU acceleration? Please see instructions below:
Press Win + R, paste the following command, and hit Enter:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu
If you're not able to run the command, you can just add --disable-gpu to the end of the target path in the app's properties tab instead.
