Sorry to hear the mods aren't working, Which specific mods are giving you trouble? The Movement Speed one?

Yes, the running speed is not increased. The radiation protection also no longer works. I don't use the other features.

Just want to confirm one thing first before we dig in. Are you able to toggle the mods on in Wand, but they just don't seem to do anything once you're actually in-game? 
If that's the case, give these two launch methods a try!
Method A: Launch the game first, then activate mods
Launch your game as normal and wait until you're fully loaded in and can move around freely. Once you're in-game, alt-tab back to Wand and hit PLAY to load the mods.
Method B: Load mods at the main menu
Launch your game and stop at the main menu without loading into gameplay just yet. Head over to Wand and click PLAY to load the mods first, then jump into your save or continue from there.
These two methods usually do the trick when mods are toggling on but not having any effect in-game.

If things are still not working after that, here's what to try next:
Step 1 — Clean Reinstall Wand
Uninstall Wand through Add or Remove Programs, then delete these folders if they're still on your system:
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC, then grab a fresh copy of Wand here: https://wand.com/download
Step 2 — Verify Your Game Files on Steam
Head to your Library, right-click the game, and go to Properties. From there, open Installed Files and hit Verify integrity of game files.
Also, two quick things to check on your end: is Wand running as administrator? And could you try temporarily turning off extra features in Settings like video clipping or overlays to see if that changes anything?

starrupture is the only mod that doesnt function, all other mods from wand are funtional. now theire is another update from starrupter 0.2.3. probably thats the reason.

"Wand" is incompatible with mods from Nexus. However, since Wand unfortunately offers only basic mods/cheats, I can no longer use it.
Unfortunately, this is happening more and more frequently. Consequently, renewing my subscription is questionable.
