Could you try whitelisting the app?
It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

- Set Steam to Offline Mode
- Launch the game directly from Steam
- Wait until the game fully loads and you can move around in the game world
- Once in-game, open Wand and click PLAY to activate the mods

Hi @smoky geyser! Thank you for letting us know. I believe you may have done this already but could you please try reinstalling the game through Steam? After reinstalling, restart your PC, then launch the game directly from Steam and check if the issue is resolved.
If the problem persists, please follow the steps below carefully:
Step 1: Clean Reinstall Wand Again
Uninstall Wand via Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Delete the following folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC
Reinstall Wand by downloading it from: https://wand.com/download
Step 2: Verify Game Files on Steam:
Go to your Library.
Right-click the game and select Properties.
Go to Installed Files.
Click Verify integrity of game files.
Step 3: Launch Order
Set Steam to Offline Mode
Launch the game directly from Steam
Wait until the game fully loads and you can move around in the game world
Once in-game, open Wand and click PLAY to activate the mods
