Two part problem here
1: I can't email the support desk, it always says "Delivery status failure"
2: My account was made in 2016, but I was timed out today. My account name is ThemanJ, profile pic is medusa from soul eater looking disappointed. Could you check and see if it's copacetic? This is the first time I've had this issue.
