I am having the same issue everyone else is having. Get the email saying free month of discord nitro, then go to check in the desktop app and there is no rewards tab visible. uninstall and reinstall the app, still nothing. sign out and back in nothing. I qualify for the reward. I email support and they respond with "Unfortunately, once a reward is claimed, even if something goes wrong during the redemption process, we’re not able to reset it or grant it again on our end." This is a lie. I never clicked claim because THERE NEVER WAS ANYTHING TO CLAIM!" Stop lying to people and give us what was promised!
