Hello,

I tried today 30.04.2026 time 18:30 Germany to use Wand on Crimson Desert and its not working also done everything like firewall exclusions etc.. It seems that Wand is outdated in this game. Last used 28.04.2026 was working fine.
Other games are working fine.
Could you test it and let me know ?

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Hey @clever notch Thanks for reaching out! I'd try these steps again nothing has changed on our end or the game's end that would cause it to stop working. There's very likely something on your PC or network blocking the process.

I reinstalled wand, deleted files, restart the pc and firewall exclusion nothing worked. The problem is only on this game idk why.. GTA, Cyberpunk, Dead Space, Windrose etc all working :/

oh now its working with the 19.04.2026 version. What does it mean ? The game is updated on steam and i also did the verify integrity of the game files on steam.

Can you switch back to the new version and let me know if it loads in fine now.

If you're seeing the same error, go ahead and switch back to the previous version for now. There's likely something on your PC stalling the app for whatever reason. If you haven't already, another restart is also worth trying!
