Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Hey @final parrot, I hope you're doing well,

We truly sorry about the delay. Could you check which version of Wand you're running? You can find it by going to your Profile → Settings → General.

Also, is this happening with a specific game or does Wand crash regardless?

final parrot
#

@quartz siren ?

#

do i?

#

does it stay on stable or beta?

#

it says this if beta

final parrot
quartz siren
#

Keep it on the stable version, please. froglove

Could you try following these steps:

  1. Verify the game files in Steam (Library → right-click game → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files).

  2. Put Steam in Offline Mode.

After that, try disabling the overlay by going to Mod Settings → Overlay and turning it off.

It may also help to temporarily disable any overlays while testing, as they can sometimes interfere with mods. This includes overlays from apps such as Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar, MSI Afterburner/RTSS, and AMD Radeon.

Then launch your game from Steam and wait until the game has fully loaded to the main menu. Once you’re at the main menu, go ahead and hit Play on Wand.

Let us know how it goes.

#

i did verify the game

quartz siren

Great! Now try disabling the overlay

final parrot
#

#

#

quartz siren
#

Nice! Then launch your game from Steam and wait until the game has fully loaded to the main menu. Once you’re at the main menu, go ahead and hit Play on Wand.

quartz siren
#

Yayyyyy!!!

final parrot
#

yo you deserve a promotion

quartz siren
#

I got you c:

final parrot
#

imma vote you for promotion if apps come out fr

#

but 1 question @quartz siren

#

can i ask why they made it so you can only play 2h a day?

#

im just curious

#

idk why

#

its great for devs to get paid but why do you need to make it only 2h a day

quartz siren
#

I appreciate your kind words ❤️

The 2-hour limit is part of how the free plan is structured, it helps support the team that builds and maintains everything. Wand Pro removes the limit entirely if you ever want unlimited sessions. Totally get the curiosity though, it's a fair question!

final parrot
#

someone said they bought pro, and it took 90$ from their account?

#

i would buy pro but after they said that, it just makes me think that ye are gonna take 90$

quartz siren
#

Well, about this, it's not an expected behavior and honestly never seen that happening as well, that's likely a billing error and our support team always makes it right.

If you ever run into any payment issues, support@wand.com is the place to go and they'll sort it out fast. You're in good hands!

final parrot
#

yea right, but thanks for helping.

quartz siren
#

It's always a pleasure! Is there anything else I can help you with today? froglove

final parrot
#

no ty

#

wait

#

wait

#

what does this do

#

i set a waypoint and apply

#

it didint work

quartz siren
#

It may help taking a look into the instructions

final parrot
#

btw uh

#

theres a bug with your wemod

#

for some reason i exit out and its still on in gtas

#

😭

quartz siren
#

Do you mean the mods are working even though you closed the APP?

final parrot
#

i activated money inf and then when i closed it i still had inf

#

is it a bug?

quartz siren
#

You can turn it off here, also you could try ending the task on task manager

quartz siren
#

Have you tried clicking here? Alt+Tab to switch to the Wand menu, then click the “Stop playing” (X) button?

final parrot
#

ye

quartz siren
#

Did it work?

final parrot
#

no

#

even if i uninstall wand

#

it still works

#

its like permanent

quartz siren
#

Hmmm, so it's one of those features that's permanent once you turn it on, you would need to start a new save to "reset" the money back without being infinite

final parrot
#

saved it and still didint reset

quartz siren
#

Did you initiate a new game and the money it's still infinite?

final parrot
#

i mean;

#

it goes down when i buy something

#

but everything is only like 250$ in the game or about 10m

#

so its only going down literally like

#

as slow as possible

quartz siren
#

Slowly right

#

Ok, let me check with the team and get back to you

final parrot
#

and since i discovered the bug i decided to use it to buy a garage and cars

#

but i just wanted to tell you guys

#

incase people started finding out the bug; and deleting wemod and it wont be popular anymore

quartz siren
#

Thank you! I'll check with the team if that's specific thing it's expected and I'll let you know

#

So I checked with the team, the Unlimited Money mod in GTA is >indeed< permanent once applied, meaning the value won't revert on its own even on a new save. That's expected behavior for this one!

To bring your cash back down, the easiest method is to buy expensive cars and sell them. You can also search online for "how to lower max stack cash in GTA V" and you'll find a few methods that work. FrogePray

Hope that helps, and thanks again for flagging it! froglove
