i have an issue with the App, when i try to log-in

i have an issue with the App, when i try to log-in it tells me invalid username/password

but when i go and log in to the website site with the same username/password i get signed in normally.

i changed my password multiple times but no use.

did anyone have the same issue?

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

1. Uninstall Wand
2. Delete these folders:

• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
