Hey @coarse sandal Thanks for creating the support ticket, Do you by chance have two instances of wand running and are you using a VPN?
No I only have one wand running and no VPN is on
Could you head over to https://wand.com/account/privacy-settings and make sure you're signed into the correct account? Once you're in, click Cookie Preferences, set your choices, save, and restart the app. Let me know if the issue persists after that!
