i got it thou blizz it the same game but added warlock class it was working n now not

Hey @urban yacht! Can you confirm if you've reviewed the setup instructions? Have you also tried creating an offline character, and are you opted into any betas through Blizzard?

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
