When I’m playing a game, pressing ALT + W causes lag. How can I fix this?

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Hey Chucky, I think I see the issue. Alt + W appears to be the overlay hotkey, and the Overlay function uses a bunch of memory (I was advised to turn it off due to an older PC).

Just FYI, not one of the admins, but I just noticed the question, since I was trying to figure out why Wand was crashing for me too

Thanks for your help! , but it's kinda annoying that I can't use that feature . Also, it only happens in Red Dead Redemption 2.
