When I play Crimson Desert with Wand enabled, my inventory gets so cluttered after I quit and restart the game that it crashes. This happens even though I didn't use the selected items, and I then have to edit the save file and delete everything.

Without Wand, it works perfectly. The selected items are causing the problems.

Have you tried clean reinstalling the app?

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
