Hi @kindred river! To make sure I've got this right: when you enable the mods, do they turn themselves off right away, or do they stay on without any actual effect? Also, are you getting any specific error messages from Wand when you use them?

no they dont turn off, they still on but there is not effect. and there is no error message.

Make sure you're within Bonfire range. Not all, but quite a few structures need to be built within the parameter of the bonfire.
