How do I fix this? I can't even read what they do or what to click. I tried to overwrite the Windows UI scaling in the properties but it didn't help.

Sure, my PC is connected to a 4k TV, so my UI scaling is 300%

Just to confirm, the app isn't stretched to fullscreen on your end in that photo, right? Do you have it collapsed as small as possible in the corner and how big is your TV.

It was stretched to full screen, but now I put it in window mode and extended it as far as possible and I can read the mods at least 🙂 My TV is 75"

Thanks a lot 🙂 I can work around it now but there could be a lot of people with this so would be great to have some some kind of UI scaling option
