Live location and View cannot rotated, only portrait, not landscape

Following today's update 12.20, the following was announced: "Your live location is now displayed on all connected devices! -Unfortunately, it doesn't work on my tablet. Does something have to be created? Same network, no VPN. And why do I only have a portrait view and not a landscape view? Greetz Rick

Hello @faint kernel Which game are you trying to play and what platform did you purchase it on?

When I open the game and view the map on both my PC and tablet, the “Position” feature is available on the PC map but not on the tablet. If I click on an icon on the tablet map, the location opens on the PC as well and offers a teleport option, but the info window that opens simultaneously on the tablet does not display a teleport function.

Thanks for this info Bloody, We are already aware of the teleporting issue on the mobile app and are still addressing it.

Just to confirm the live location works just fine on the app while in game?

No that is the general Problem - works not. If I klick a icon on the map - than open a context windows on PC and Tablet - that works fine, but live location works not on Tablet - on PC perfect.

I tried it with a different tablet and game—AC Valhalla—and got the same result. It works perfectly on the PC, but on the tablet, the LiveLocation icon stays grayed out and no location is displayed—not on Android 12 or Android 15. Same network, no VPN. I have a screenshot,.

@faint kernel is this from the Wand remote app (mobile app) or from a browser on your phone/tablet? (it looks like maybe the app?) if so could you log in from your tablet on https://wand.com/maps (to the map you're using) and see if that works? You should be able to tap on the discovery progress bar section (the green info thing under the map dropdown) to open a login modal!

Ok, I did everything step by step:
1.Tablet completely restarted without VPN

2. Entered the address - www.wand.com/maps - in the browser

3. Looking for the right card - AC Valhalla

4. Registration carried out from the card

5. I am connected, the data with the PC is synchronous

6. If I click on an icon on the PC, the card on the tablet also scrolls to this point.

7. But only on the PC the LiveLocation is displayed not on the tablet

8. Tried browser on both tablet: Brave, Chrome, Firefox - nothing works

9. Same result when using the mobile APP on the tablet.

Am I the only one with the problem?
