when i press the keys "Alt+W" the overlay doesn't show up. its enabled in game menu and wemod setting and the hotkey is also Alt+W i tried both alts on keyboard and it didn't work. i tried deleting and reuploading but that didn't also work thanks for your time

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Yours might look a little different if you're not on the beta, but is the overlay turned on through the game settings tab?

Has the overlay ever worked for you on that game, or was this your first time trying to use it? I'll see if we can replicate the issue on our end. Also, could you confirm that you meet all the minimum requirements for the game?

Would you be willing to share your PC specs with us? It sounds like there could be an issue with a driver or something on your OS. Not having any overlays work across all your games is a pretty strong indicator of that.

ram: 12GB
also if you need any other spec my laptop is lenovo y700
OS: windows 10
my drivers are up to date
