where do i go for billing support? I was charged by WeMod back in March and it does not show up in my account that I was to be charged?

I've been a user of WeMod since 5/31/2021. I did have a subscription for pro at one point, but it hasnt been there for awhile now... and seeing as WeMod is no longer, and that I do not have a payment method on file... how was I charged by WeMod?

I'd like to rectify this as soon as possible please
