When I launch a game through Wand, Wand just disappears and gets disabled on the mobile app too. If I open Wand again, it’s no longer in a game session. When I reactivate it, the same issue keeps repeating.

Also, the overlay won’t open no matter what I try—changing hotkeys, switching to windowed mode, fullscreen… nothing works.

At this point, there’s no reason to pay for this, right? I literally can’t use anything.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
