On Thursday 4/2/26, I subscribed to Wand on the desktop app. I don't believe it prompted me to sign up or anything--just had me pay. I paid and it went through, so I played a game. I never received an email confirmation or anything (I checked all of my email addresses). I later saw the charge posted to my credit card. Today, I went to launch Wand and found I was completely logged out. None of my emails work, so I know I never made an account. Have I been charged $8 for Pro on an account that doesn't exist, and if I have been, how can I cancel the subscription so I don't get charged next month?

After research, it seems like I purchased Pro on a "guest" account. Is there anyway to retrieve this account or make sure I don't get charged again to it, given I literally cannot access it?
