Hello, I was having an issue where the new Wand (WeMod) set-up wouldn't launch, I looked through here and found a solution and it launched, let me log in and then... this. I've been staring at this screen for like 10 minutes. What do I do? any help would be appreciated, thankyou.

Also, I've allowed the app through my firewall to see if that was the issue, all old files of wemod was uninstalled/deleted/and removed from my pc before installing the Wand version (Which fixed my previous issue)

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Sill not working, It lets me log in and then goes straight to the infinite loading screen.

It sounds like your network or antivirus is blocking the app. Try using a VPN or check if your antivirus is flagging any files.

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Unfortunately, this likely stems from a Windows or driver issue then. I’d recommend running a repair or doing a clean reinstall to help rule out anything system related.

All right, thanks for responding, I'm getting a whole new pc in the next couple of months anyway, if I remember to reinstall Wand I'll see if it works then. Thankyou.
