Got it. Are you playing on Steam or Xbox? Also, how much iron ore are you trying to add?

I'm playing from Steam, I've tried many different amounts like 20, 30, 50, 70... none of them worked

Try verifying your game files on Steam and restarting Wand. Then launch the game first and wait for it to fully load before clicking Play. After that, please follow these steps again:

Move all your materials into private storage except for the Iron Ore
Then use the mod to edit the Iron Ore quantity
