Hey there! Try reinstalling Wand and follow the steps below.

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

after you click from C: -> Users -> (example) Cronos -> (Just type \Appdata) like this then you will see

I think so, try uninstalling it through control panel (Uninstall a program) then reinstall
