No reset link- email

Recently I got the PC of my brother so I needed to reinstall mod and login, only I forgot my password, and the supposed ''emails'' im supposed to recieve to reset my password doesn't show in my email neither in my spam, does anyone know how to fix it? I would like to reset my password I'm just not getting any emails to do so.

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

1. Uninstall Wand
2. Delete these folders:

• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
