i had recently gotten a wand account and signed up for the pro trial and i got logged out of that account and it will nit allow me to log back in. even when i hit send email to reset password. and yes i have added the wand account to my contacts. ive also checked my junk. i do not want to waste $60 and i do not want to have to dipute this upcoming charge. also i havent gotten a single email back from them it has been well over 24 hours
