I have reset my password 50 times. It works on web browser but the password does not work in the app. What seems to be the issue? Are the database not linked? Somehow?

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
