Can’t get into Wand-Setup

Hey so I’m using the same password and username to get into the wand website and I can get into it no problem, the problem starts when I use the same password and username to get into the setup I always get the message that password or username is wrong

2. Delete these folders:

• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
