- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
Hey Dark, If reinstalling the app hasn't helped and all your drivers are up to date, try launching Wand with GPU acceleration disabled. Press Win + R, then copy and paste the following command and hit Enter:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu
Is the app installed?
yes
iv used this for years with 0 issues, kinda confused and fustrated with it suddenly breaking from hearts of iron ha dont get it
This is likely an OS or driver issue on your end. Give this a try and let me know how it goes:
%LocalAppData%\Wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu
If that doesn't work, you can try going to your Wand shortcut properties and adding the flag to the target path.
"C:\Users\Acer\AppData\Local\Wand\wand.exe" --disable-gpu
alright thanks.
