Hi! Sorry you had this experience. Can you try giving Wand a clean reinstall?
Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
went through it still getting this problem, again, i worked through the manual download, it went in, but now i have this problem, still in the same area, it doesn't want to connect to my connection for some reason even though im connected to the wifi
i did not have this problem before, i was playing just fine with WAND last week
but it suddenly has this problem
This seems like more of a network connection issue. Are you using any VPNs? also, are you able to access the Wand website?
