Also, which specific Ark Survival game is this? we have two Ark Survival games on Wand.

Yes, but I did use it before and now it just doesn’t work

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

For checking the Build ID: Right clik the game in your library > Select Properties > Updates > Build ID at the bottom pepelove

Could you try the following steps and let us know how it goes?

Step 1: Verify Game Files

  • Verify the game files in Steam (Library → right-click game → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files).

Step 2: Disable BattlEye

  • Open your Steam Library
  • Right-click the game → Properties
  • Under General, find Launch Options
  • Type: -nobattleye

After that, try to launch the game directly from Steam (not through Wand) and load into your saved game.

Once you're in the game, press Alt+Tab to switch to the Wand app and click PLAY to connect the trainer. When the status shows "PLAYING", enable your mods again.

Note: This only works for local/offline play
