hello, I've just signed up to my membership, put in my card details and got charged the 5.99. I realised that I used the wrong so went to edit payment details in my account ready for next months payment. after putting in the new card I got charged another 5.99. I've been charged twice for one months subscription. I have tried to email and make contact with someone but the pages are not loading, why have I been charged twice please.
