Hey @leaden dagger That looks like a separate issue from what you showed in your first image. It appears your app is displaying an entirely black screen.

If reinstalling the app hasn't helped and all your drivers are up to date, try launching Wand with GPU acceleration disabled. Press Win + R, then copy and paste the following command and hit Enter:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu
