I have followed all of the instructions given. It still does not work. When creating the account I was never asked to create a password which i assume is that problem. But the only password reset tool is not working. How am I supposed to log in if I dont have a password and the password reset tool is not working. To pay for the premium version of this app, to be met with an automated reply with instructions that dont work is frustrating. Can a person actually help me with this issue? Thanks in advance
