Hi! I cannot get into my account and cannot use the application because i cant sign in. I have tried the forgot password link multiple times and the reset link email has not shown up after waiting and trying multiple times. I've sent an email to support, would just like to use the app and game some time today. I also subscribed a couple of days ago, so I was really looking forward to exploring the application some more and do some gaming today

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

i didnt know it untill i checked my email, i messed up after the initial set up of the windows application on 3-15 and started using it and didnt think to check my profile to see if there was anymore set up i needed to do. i havent attempted/used the app until today
