I can login to the Website, but when installing the App, it keeps telling me that my username/password is invalid. I have reset my password 3 times and re-logged in to the website to verify that the new password works.

I have waited a couple of minutes each time before re-attempting to install with the Wand-Setup file that I downloaded.

Is there another way to do it?

Trouble Logging In

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:

Quick fixes:

Turn off any VPN you're using
Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
