The app will not let me log into my account, I have put in the right username and password and then it will tell me invalid username/password, It lets me log into my account through the browser but not the app itself, please help!

Trouble Logging In

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:

Quick fixes:

• Turn off any VPN you're using
• Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
• Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

1. Uninstall Wand
2. Delete these folders:

• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
