WAND gone after game load

hi any idea why Wand keep get Crash and close after load the game
i try few game they all same .. WAND gone after game load

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Did you delete all the files from wemod or the outdated version when you clean reinstall?

yes i just try download epic version also now .. it same .. after click play game ,,,,only load the game wand get close

Can you try this again for me please?

1. Uninstall Wand via Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Delete the following folders:

   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

well same still .. there log file that u can see issue why it get close ?

Thank you for your update. Unfortunately, we're quite limited in what we can offer as a resolution for this particular issue. Maybe what I can suggest is to try updating your drivers or do a windows repair; although, there's no guarantee this will solve the issue.

Checking the drive where your games are installed for errors
