new bug when lauching wand on re9 might just be me idk

Hi @cobalt coyote! Could you please try reinstalling the game through Steam? After reinstalling, restart your PC, then launch the game directly from Steam and check if the issue is resolved.

If the problem persists, please follow the steps below carefully:

Step 1: Clean Reinstall Wand

1. Uninstall Wand via Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Delete the following folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading it from: https://wand.com/download

Step 2: Verify Game Files on Steam:

1. Go to your Library.
2. Right-click the game and select Properties.
3. Go to Installed Files.
4. Click Verify integrity of game files.

Step 3: Launch Order

1. Set Steam to Offline Mode
2. Launch the game directly from Steam
3. Wait until the game fully loads and you can move around in the game world
4. Once in-game, open Wand and click PLAY to activate the mods

just got back im asking if the dill file or stuff got sorted if it did ill download and use it again

but ill do verfiy first tho

did the dill get fixed is what im mainly asking

and why does steam have to be offline in step three lol i thought yall just had to update the dill not the whole thing or im i incorrect

The DLL file isn’t something we control directly, so we can’t confirm if it’s been changed or fixed on that side.

The steps I suggested earlier are part of our usual troubleshooting process to rule things out first. If the issue still happens after that or the next steps I will let you try, I can then raise it to the testing team so they can take a closer look.

roger that ill give it a try tho im not the only one testing it im in a call of three ppl and were all trying to get the mods working lol but ill eat my food then ill do that step by step guide

if anyone elses tryed it keep me posted because ill try it anyway but id like to know and make sure its not just me lol

little thing i found out while testing if yall use wand and nexus at same time it well crash your game i tryed it and i cant use my wand mods now with out delete ing the dll file lol trying to fix it atm tho

Wand isn't really designed to run alongside third-party mods, so conflicts like this are expected. Try launching the game without the Nexus mod active and see if Wand works normally from there.
