My pro Wand is stuck at loading any games

Hey guys,
During RE9 update my pro wand did an update. Since the update, any of my games got stuck at loading and loading in Wand pro. I uninstalled and reinstalled following the instructions given by support@wand, still no luck. And I still haven’t gotten responses from my follow up emails. Can anyone please help

Hi @spiral hedge, I uninstalled the app completely, deleting the folders in appdata related to wand and wemod then I reinstalled the app. After I reinstalled the app version v12.15.0, I ran Steam offline and try loading any game during the gameplay it still stuck at loading

Did you update the file from github? You hafta go there and download the updated dinput file with every update the game has

Hi @rigid bluff can you please direct me where and how to update the file from github? It’s not only one game, every game I have my PC. Steam and Epic both platform games when I press play it stuck on loading in Wand.

Ok if its every game then im not sure, its the same place you downloaded it from github originally, just re download it and replace the one in ur game folder with the new one

Please see instructions below for Windows repair; if possible for you to give it a try:

Running Windows Update to make sure your system is fully up to date
Using the built-in System File Checker (SFC) to scan and repair corrupted system files
Running the DISM tool to repair Windows image issues
Checking the drive where your games are installed for errors

I followed your instructions above. SFC result: no corrupted files. Windows updates are up to date. DISM tool result: no errors. Wand is still stuck at loading when I press Play on any game. Do I need to reset my PC?
