#Wand won't open the setup app

I don't know why but at some point, wand would not launch. I have tried to reinstall it many times but the setup app does not open anymore. I don't know if it's my pc or the app or something else

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
