I uninstalled the game and Wand clean. Did everything again but still have the same problem.

I bought the game through Steam in my own account
Only Wand mod
Single player
Wand is keep saying Loading instead of Playing
All of it is not working because Wand is in Loading process

Yes, I download and installed the lastest version of RE9.zip

Extract the folder first (RE9.zip), then copy the dinput8.dll file to this folder in your drive: steamapps/common/RE Requiem

Path should be this:

(selected drive) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > RE Requiem
